In this issue, the public chain related information corresponding to the digital tokens with higher market value (top 200) was collected and sorted. The data collection date is as of October 15, 2018. The programming language types selected by the top 20 main chain projects are very scattered, distributed in 9 programming languages, of which C++ and C# occupy an absolute advantage ( 36.842 %), but from the perspective of the widespread application of other programming languages, The diversity of technology choices indicates that other programming languages can also be well suited for the development of public chain main chain projects.
The main chain or smart contract project licenses are mainly concentrated in MIT, indicating that most public chain main chain or smart contract projects choose loose licenses, which are more conducive to the spread and use of source code. The total number of code contributors who tracked the main chain and smart contract projects with active trajectories is 3,692 , of which the total number of code contributors for the top 20 main chain projects in the technical evaluation is 1029 , accounting for 27.87 % of the total tracked contributors .
